BSM Group are hiring for a multinational corporate who are seeking candidates to join their Back-Office Function. The role is a great opportunity to take on responsibilities and improve the efficiency of the team. The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Treasury or Bank Back Office environment. The role offers exposure Treasury Operations as well as FX & Financing.


  • Management of cash, fx and financing transactions
  • Responsible for cash management in multiple currencies
  • Management of corporate financing (bonds and commercial papers) and of internal financing (short-term borrowings, credit lines, long and medium term loans, etc.) for affiliates
  • Confirm all market transactions daily
  • Prepare and analysis bank reconciliations
  • Variance analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal contacts including Front Office and external contacts including banks
  • Determine daily cash position forecasts
  • Process supplier payments, transfers of funds and balancing transactions
  • Identify areas of improvements and develop procedures


  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar Treasury function either from a Corporate or Banking
  • Experience of using a TMS and making improvements to a system would be an advantage
  • Experience of proactively reviewing strategies to make changes and amendments
  • Experience of developing ideas which are implemented and have a positive impact
  • Communication skills for dealing with key internal and external stakeholders at senior level; can build strong relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders
