BSM Group are representing a client seeking an AVP / VP, Sales (Private Equity).
- Minimum 4yrs ‘new business subscription sales’ experience with a preference to Private Equity funds
- Proven sales process - ability to generate leads and follow-up effectively
- Track record selling to private equity funds with well establisted relationships
- Solid understanding of financial markets and alternative investments
- Excellent networking and presentations skills – well established realtionships
- Effectively communicate with all staff levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment within a tight deadline as well as under pressure
- Prospecting new Private Equity clients (large buyout and middle market growth equity funds)
- Managing a pipeline of new accounts and exisiting accounts
- Negotiate commercial terms with new clients and upsell exisitng cleints
- Generate pipeline of leads and client referrals
- Provide strategic guidance to US sales team
